LABORATORY TECHNICIAN
Role Description:
As a Dental Laboratory Technician at Trout Dental Laboratory, you will play a crucial role in the creation of dental prosthetics, including dentures and partials. Your responsibilities will include:

Manufacturing Dental Products: Fabricate high-quality dental prosthetics such as dentures, partials, crowns, and bridges using various materials and techniques.

Operating Laboratory Equipment: Utilize and maintain laboratory equipment, including casting machines, milling machines, and 3D printers, to ensure precise and efficient production.

Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality control checks to ensure that all dental products meet the highest standards of accuracy, fit, and aesthetics.

Analytical Skills: Apply analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the manufacturing process, ensuring optimal outcomes for clinic partners and their patients.

Collaboration: Work closely with dental professionals, including dentists and orthodontists, to understand their specific requirements and deliver customized solutions.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including detailed notes on materials used, techniques applied, and any adjustments made.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques and actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills.
You Should Have:

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Excellent eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity

High level of comfort with digital tools and technology

Robust vision capabilities and attention to detail, including depth perception and color

Passion for tackling problems and breaking them down into smaller manageable steps

Very high attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong ability to maintain a clean work area and keep equipment, tools, and supplies clean to avoid contamination with foreign material

This is an hourly role with a 90-day training period. The hourly rate during the training period ranges between $18-$20 depending on experience. Upon successfully completing the training period, the hourly rate will increase to $20-$25 based on skill level.
